AnthiaZammit Legal contributes to the 8th edition of The Life Sciences Law Review
For the first time, Malta is featured in The Life Sciences Law Review (8th edition) published by Law Business Research Ltd in April 2020. The Life Sciences Law Review covers thirty three of the most significant jurisdictions in the world, providing an overview of the legal and regulatory requirements of interest to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. The contributors are carefully selected local experts in their fields of practice.
The chapters describe requirements throughout the supply chain and entire life cycle of the regulated product, including: clinical trials, marketing authorisations, licensing, manufacturing, distribution, advertising, import and export, pricing and reimbursement, administrative and judicial remedies, transactional matters, post-approval controls, and current developments such as Brexit, cross-border collaboration and mutual recognition, and the production and licensing of cannabis for medicinal and research use.
